Description

Plan, design, test, pilot and commission a new Office Productivity Solution based on Microsoft Windows 2003 Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange 2003 Server, Microsoft Sharepoint Portal 2003 Server and Microsoft Systems Management Server 2003 and Microsoft Rights Management Services technologies. The solution comprises of the following:   
 

Commissioning of a new directory service based on Microsoft Windows Server 2003 Active Directory for authentication and file and print services.
Commissioning and migrating users from Sendmail to Microsoft Exchange Server 2003 enterprise messaging system.
Commissioning Microsoft Systems Management Server 2003 to manage Windows-based desktops and servers.
Commissioning Windows Rights Management Services (RMS) for internal data protection.
Development and commissioning of an internal collaboration system on Microsoft Sharepoint Portal Server 2003 to include corporate news and announcement, divisional calendar, online corporate phone directory, and management of corporate forms and meeting minutes.

The deployment scope covers one location (Head Office) with about 250 users.
