Provided three (3) years on-site maintenance and support services for a military organization covering Windows-based servers in the following states:

	Federal Territory
	Perak Darul Ridzuan
	Pahang Darul Makmur
	Johor Darul Takzim

The technologies covered in the maintenance and support services are:

	Microsoft Windows 2000 Active Directory
	Microsoft Windows 2000 Network Services (DNS, DHCP, WINS)
	Microsoft Exchange Server 2000
	Microsoft SQL Server 2000
	Microsoft Sharepoint Portal Server 2001
	Symantec Anti Virus
	Veritas Backup Exec

The scope of the maintenance and support services covers the following:

	Monthly preventive maintenance exercise for all servers which includes patch updates, disk scanning and defragmentation, database integrity check, services check.
	Corrective maintenance covering the above-mentioned technologies.
