development experience with PHP, ASP, XML, HTML,
DHTML, CSS, or JavaScript |

MUST HAVE good
understanding of Software Development Life Cycle
(SDLC) or similar framework |

MUST HAVE good
understanding of database concepts and dynamic
database driven development (PHP + MYSQL or IIS
+ SQL Server) |
|
MUST HAVE
the ability to define problems collects data,
establish facts and draw valid conclusions |

MUST BE independent, can
work without supervision and in a team as well
as aggressive |

MUST BE
dynamic,
motivated, result oriented and able to handle
software development challenges as well as work
